Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Products that have been opened, unsealed, installed, or used—even for testing—are not eligible for returns. Please ensure you intend to keep an item before unsealing it, as its condition determines eligibility for a refund. To initiate a return, contact us at beanowasupport@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to our Hong Kong warehouse, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues – 7-Day Reporting Policy
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To facilitate a prompt resolution, issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of the delivery date, based on official courier tracking information.
Delays in reporting due to gifting or leaving the package unopened will not be accepted. If an issue is not reported within the 7-day period, we regret that free return and exchange services will not be available, even for damaged products.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for return, including those that have been used, opened, or are no longer in their original condition.
As some of our products are crafted from natural wood, slight variations in color, grain patterns, and size may occur. Minor imperfections such as small dents, gaps, or natural wood textures are not considered defects. Customers dissatisfied with these characteristics may return the product at their own shipping expense. For product concerns, please contact our customer service team before purchase.
International shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of lost packages or items arriving with significant damage.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please complete a return and place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers in the EU have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are subject to a non-refundable credit card processing fee for orders paid via credit card or PayPal.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at beanowasupport@gmail.com.
Custom and sales taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances.
